Dirhami Technology was founded by a group of engineers and public policy specialists who had witnessed firsthand how paper-based government processes were slowing economic growth across the Gulf. Long queues at ministry offices, weeks-long waits for business licenses, and opaque bureaucratic procedures were not just inconveniences — they were barriers to investment, entrepreneurship, and citizen trust in government.
The founding team set out with a single conviction: that well-designed software, built by people who truly understand government operations, could fundamentally change how public institutions serve their citizens. Their first project was a business registration digitization platform for a GCC Ministry of Commerce — replacing a 14-day paper process with a system that allowed entrepreneurs to incorporate a company in under 24 hours.
That early success became a blueprint. Governments across the region took notice, and Dirhami Technology expanded rapidly — first into public financial management, then into e-Cabinet solutions for executive decision-making, citizen service portals, land administration, and grants management. Each new platform was built on the same principles: government-grade security, deep domain expertise, and an uncompromising focus on the end user — whether that user is a minister reviewing a policy memo or a citizen applying for a building permit.
Today, Dirhami Technology serves clients across more than 15 countries spanning the GCC, the broader MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia.
